Quick start

This page walks through the whole path: sign up, connect an exchange, build a first strategy, backtest it and run it on a demo account. It takes about 15 minutes.

Open alradex.tech and click Create one on the sign-in screen. Enter your first name, last name, email and password.

In the Telegram field enter your numeric Telegram ID — trade and halt notifications go there. To find your ID, send any message to @TheGetAnyID_bot.

Go to Exchanges → Connect exchange, pick the exchange and enter the API Key and Secret Key from your exchange account. The same keys give access to both live and demo accounts. See Exchanges and API keys.

In Strategies → Definitions click New strategy. You can start from scratch, copy an existing strategy or import a BPMN file.

A minimal strategy looks like this:

  1. Start
  2. Fetch candles — loads the latest candles for a symbol.
  3. Compute indicator — for example, RSI over those candles.
  4. Condition (gateway) — checks the indicator value.
  5. Place order — on the branch where the condition holds.
  6. Pause (timer) — waits until the next check and loops back to step 2.

See Editor and Blocks.

Play runs one tick of the diagram in the real engine with stubs: no order leaves the platform. It is the fastest way to catch mistakes in variables and conditions. See Play.

Click Save. The definition gets version v1 and is deployed to the engine; once its status is Active, the strategy can be run.

On the definition card click Backtest, choose the period, candle interval, trading pairs and portfolio settings. Results appear under Backtests. See Backtests.

Click Run, choose Demo, an account and the allocated capital. Trades appear on the run screen. When you are happy with the results, run the strategy the same way with the Live type.
